5. Results & Guarantees
While we strive to deliver outstanding results—including quality leads, conversions, and online visibility—we do not guarantee specific outcomes or return on investment (ROI). Performance depends on many factors, including your industry, market conditions, and your business’s responsiveness and compliance with advertising platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, ads, creatives, designs, and digital assets produced by B2C Growth LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business. Any content you provide must be your own or properly licensed.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Google, GoHighLevel, or others. We are not responsible for issues related to these platforms, including account bans, policy changes, outages, or platform errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, B2C Growth LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruptions. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the service directly related to the claim.
9. Privacy
